The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no advertising. Nothing is tracked. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me by email.

Who I am

I am Harrison Mayne, a sole trader based in Uttoxeter, UK, trading as harrisonmayne.co.uk. I am the person responsible for any personal data collected through this site. Contact: Harrison_richardmayne@outlook.com.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies or use local storage to track you, so there is no cookie banner. Fonts are hosted on this site, not fetched from Google.

Videos

Videos from YouTube and Vimeo only load when you click play. Until then, nothing is requested from those companies; the pictures you see are stored on this site. Once you press play, YouTube (using its privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo will load, receive your IP address and may set their own cookies under their own policies:

When you email me

If you email me or use the booking email link, I receive your email address and whatever you write. I use it to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. My legal basis is legitimate interests (answering people who contact me) and, if you book me, taking steps towards a contract. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share your details for marketing.

I keep enquiries for as long as they are useful. If you book me, I keep the booking and invoice records for the period the law requires for accounting. You can ask me to delete an enquiry at any time.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Search on this site

The search box runs in your browser. What you type is not sent to me or anyone else.

Links to other sites

Links to Instagram, X, LinkedIn and event pages lead to sites I do not control. Their privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I will reply. If you are unhappy with my answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If I change how the site works, for example by adding analytics, I will update this page first.
